Last Thursday , 02nd of March was World Book Day. This is a very important day in Scoil Phádraig’s Calendar. We celebrated our love and appreciation of books by dressing up as some of our most loved characters from our favorite stories, old and new. The school was buzzing with excitement, we had super heroes, sports stars, movie stars and carton characters in every classroom and corridor.

A winner for the best costume from each year group was announced at last Friday’s Assembly. The winners received a €10.00 Eason’s voucher and a gift.
